Gagstek
Corporate site for a Salesforce and AI consulting firm with offices in the US, India and Australia. Services, products, case studies and a lead capture path built for enterprise buyers.

Websites, mobile apps and CRMs — designed, built and shipped by one person. You talk to me, not an account manager, and the thing you asked for is the thing that gets made.
So — which one are you?
Pick one and I'll tell you what I'd probably build for you — and show you the work that proves I've done it before.
One lead, end to end
Live
Step 1 · The ad
Someone taps your Meta ad at 9pm on a phone.
Step 2 · The page
It opens in 1.4 seconds on 4G. They don't bounce.
Step 3 · The form
Four fields, no captcha, works on their browser.
Step 4 · The CRM
Lead lands in the pipeline, assigned to a real person.
Step 5 · The reply
WhatsApp answers in 30 seconds, not next morning.
Step 6 · The result
You can see which ad produced that customer.
Most people build step 2 and hope. I build all six.
Watch 100 leads go through it →If you're nodding at one of these, it's the thing I'd fix first.
You've said this
They land in a shared inbox. Someone reads them on Monday. By then the person has gone with someone else. That's a plumbing problem, and it's fixable in about three weeks.
Or this
It was built to look good in a portfolio, not to take an order or capture a lead. A website that doesn't feed something is a brochure you pay hosting for.
Or this one
You're paying a retainer to sit in a queue behind bigger accounts. You'd have my number, and the change would be live the same day.
What I'd build for you
Multi-location organisation sites, compliance document libraries, storefronts with separate domestic and export flows. Fast, responsive, and structured so your team can update it without calling me.
React Native and Capacitor builds shipped to the App Store and Play Store, sharing one codebase with the web product so pricing, catalogue and orders never drift apart.
Ad leads landing in a pipeline automatically, assigned to the right person, with follow-ups tracked and conversions reported back to the ad platform. No more leads sitting in a shared inbox.
ERP and admin systems for inventory, orders and staff workflow — built around how your business actually runs, not how a template thinks it should.
Live client work, twelve demos you can click through, and free tools I built for my own videos. Candi Connect and the AVN app are private client systems, so those show a walkthrough instead of a link. The SmartCRM demo shows the same kind of system with sample data.

Corporate site for a Salesforce and AI consulting firm with offices in the US, India and Australia. Services, products, case studies and a lead capture path built for enterprise buyers.
Live
Raw spice ecommerce with two buying paths in one store: a retail cart in rupees for customers in India, and a bulk export flow in dollars with grades, specs and lot traceability for overseas importers.
Live
Marketing site for a specialist agency — services, case studies, pricing and a webinar registration banner, with every route ending in a booked call.
Live
Site for a West Bengal security agency staffed by military veterans. Services, case studies, licence details and a quote request, with WhatsApp contact on every screen.
Live
Separate storefront for the same group’s hydrographic products and nautical charts, aimed at maritime professionals and naval buyers rather than facility managers.
Live
Content platform for women in their mature years — a multi-category publication covering health, beauty, fashion, career and finance, built to grow a community around regular editorial.
Shipped
The storefront as a native app. Built with Capacitor over the React build, so catalogue, grades, pricing and orders stay in sync with the website instead of drifting into a second system.

A Loom-style recorder that runs in the browser and saves 1080p MP4 straight to your own computer. Three layouts, AI noise removal on the mic, and your phone can be the camera over WiFi. Nothing is uploaded.
Live · Free
Upload a voice recording and it strips out fan hum, hiss, traffic and room noise, then you download the clean file. The AI runs on your own device, so nothing is uploaded and there's no cost per use.
Live · Free
Upload a photo and get a clear pencil sketch, line art, charcoal or colour pencil drawing, then download it as a PNG. An AI model traces the outlines on your own device, so nothing is uploaded.
Live · Free
Practise for interviews, presentations and video calls with live tips on eye contact, posture and nervous habits, then a summary of how it went. Works in English, Bengali and Hindi. The AI runs on your own device, so nothing is recorded.
Private
Meta ad leads land in the pipeline automatically, get assigned to a named owner, and move through stages with WhatsApp threads, call logs, bookings and next actions on the same record. Conversions report back through the Conversions API.

Demo
One CRM shown as six businesses, from a Sydney dental clinic to a Kolkata spice wholesaler. Pipeline, calls with an AI coach on screen, SMS, WhatsApp or LINE chats, AI-drafted email, invoices and automations, all with sample data.
Demo
Meta ad leads for a pet clinic get a WhatsApp reply from an approved template within seconds, follow-up flows chase the ones who go quiet, and an AI agent answers questions and books slots day or night. Shown in Kolkata, Singapore and Bangkok, where it runs on LINE.
Demo
A boutique hotel site built to win direct bookings: a calendar with the price of every night, all-in totals for the US, India and Australia, four clear room types, three-step booking with no account, and a confirmation that greets the guest by name.
Demo
A site for a CNC parts maker that answers a buyer’s five questions on one page: an instant estimate with price breaks, live machine capacity, a factory tour, a real-looking inspection report, landed cost by country and batch tracking.
Demo
A site for a new apartment project that lets buyers pick a flat from the building itself, drag the sun to see its light, and read the all-in price, monthly EMI, construction progress against the promised dates and the commute from home.
Demo
A site for a performance marketing agency, built for owners who have been burned before: money in and money out on the first screen, a budget planner with honest ranges, a free site audit, the Monday client report, results with the mistakes left in, and month-to-month pricing.
Demo
A site for a food and travel creator that works for brands and fans at once: one switch reorders the page, brands get audience data with a real-audience check, a package builder and campaign results, and fans get recipes, city guides, a small shop and a Sunday newsletter.
Demo
A site for a CBSE school that answers the five questions parents ask on every tour: a day in their child’s class, safety rules with how each one works, board results for the whole class, an all-in fee calculator, a bus stop finder and the real seat count. No photos of children, by design.
Demo
A site for a JEE and NEET coaching institute that leads with the median of the whole batch, not the topper: toppers with masked roll numbers, a free 10-question test with a chapter-wise result, real seats left, a weekly parent report on WhatsApp and the full fee with a refund policy.
Demo
A full dental clinic website built for people who dread the dentist: painless messaging up front, prices on every treatment, a symptom picker that says how soon to come, a first-visit walkthrough and booking in three taps, plus a patient app prototype.
Demo
A storefront for a wooden-toy workshop with a 3D train you can drive on the homepage, a full cart and checkout, and a matching iPhone and Android app prototype.
Demo
A calm, mobile-first site for a vet clinic and grooming spa. Pet parents book in a few taps, see every price up front, drag a before-and-after slider, and reach the clinic on WhatsApp.
A fashion-led avatar platform. Visitors upload a photo, dress their avatar slot by slot in a wardrobe, watch the finished look walk, and mint it. Editorial type, soft studio renders and locked drop colourways.
Under the hood
The build starts from a number, not a feature list. More enquiries converted, fewer abandoned carts, hours saved per week. If a feature doesn't move one of those, I'll tell you before we build it.
The whole path, not one piece of it. A payment form is useless without reconciliation. A lead form is useless without follow-up. I build the chain end to end so nothing breaks at the joins.
It has to keep running without me. Documented, monitored, backed up, and handed over so your team — or any other developer — can take it forward.
Gateways integrated with webhooks and idempotency keys, so a dropped connection never double-charges a customer or loses an order. Card details go straight to the gateway and never touch your server, which keeps you out of PCI scope. Refunds, partial payments and daily reconciliation are built in from the start, not bolted on after the first dispute.
Role-based access, hashed credentials, validated inputs, rate-limited endpoints, secrets kept out of the codebase, and dependencies patched on a schedule. Built against the OWASP top ten rather than audited for it afterwards. Data handling set up for India's DPDP Act, and GDPR where your customers are in Europe.
Images compressed and served in modern formats, assets on a CDN, sensible caching, indexed database queries. A page that loads in under two seconds on a mid-range Android on 4G — because that's what most of your visitors are actually using, and Google ranks on it.
Media, documents and backups on object storage rather than stuffed into the web server. Private files served through expiring signed URLs, so a leaked link stops working. Automated nightly backups that I actually restore from a test copy, because a backup nobody has restored isn't a backup.
Every change goes through version control, an automated build and a staging site you can review before it reaches customers. If something does go wrong in production, the previous version comes back in under a minute instead of a panicked evening of manual fixes. App Store and Play Store submissions handled, including review rejections.
Chatbots that answer from your documents, price lists and policies rather than making things up — retrieval over your own content, with fallback to a human when confidence is low. Fine-tuned models where your tone or terminology matters. AI that drafts quotations, summarises enquiries and classifies leads inside the system your team already uses.
WhatsApp Business API integrated into the CRM, so an ad lead gets an answer within seconds instead of the next morning. Template approval, opt-in handling and delivery reporting managed. Order updates, appointment reminders and payment links sent where people actually read them.
Uptime monitoring that alerts me before you notice, error tracking that catches failures users never report, and a monthly patch cycle for the framework and dependencies. A defined response time in writing, so "urgent" means the same thing to both of us.
How a project runs
A call and a written scope: what we're building, what it must do, what it won't do. You get a fixed price and a date before anything starts.
You see a working link from week one and it updates as I go. No month of silence followed by a reveal you can't change.
Testing across real devices, migration, DNS, analytics. Everything registered in your name — domain, hosting, repository, accounts.
30 days included. After that an optional monthly plan for updates, fixes and small changes with a defined response time.
Scoped and priced before we begin. Timelines assume you can get me content and feedback in the same week.
A site that loads fast, reads well on a phone, and that your team can update.
Fixed price · 2–4 weeks
Everything between your ad spend and a closed customer, connected and measurable.
Fixed price · 3–5 weeks
Mobile apps, ERP, internal tools. Anything where an off-the-shelf product doesn't fit how you work.
Scoped after discovery
For clients who'd rather not think about it after launch.

About
I'm Sud, an independent developer based in West Bengal, India. I build websites, mobile apps and CRMs, and I connect them to the marketing that brings in the leads — which is the part most developers leave to someone else.
That mix is deliberate. A website is worth very little if enquiries land in an inbox nobody checks. An export storefront is worth very little if bulk buyers can't get a quote. I build the whole path, not one piece of it.
I work with clients in India, the US and Australia, and I'm used to overlapping with teams in other time zones.
Domain, hosting, repository and every account registered in your name from day one.
Another developer could pick it up without calling me. That's the point.
You pay against delivered work, not hours logged.
WhatsApp or email straight to me. No ticket queue.

A rough idea is enough to start. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it, and roughly what it would cost, before either of us spends more time.
